Why Logging In to TekaBuzz Is Safe and Straightforward

Security Built Into Every Login

When you log in to TekaBuzz, your session is protected from start to finish. The login page uses HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate — you'll see the padlock icon in your browser confirming the connection is encrypted. Your password is hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms before it's stored, which means even TekaBuzz staff cannot see your actual password.

Every successful and unsuccessful login attempt is logged against your account. If TekaBuzz detects a login from an unrecognised device or location, you receive an immediate SMS notification to your registered Pakistani mobile number. If you didn't authorise that login, you can contact TekaBuzz support immediately to lock your account. These protections operate automatically — you don't need to enable them.

Two-Factor Authentication — Enable It Today

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your TekaBuzz login beyond just your password. Once 2FA is enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Even if someone somehow obtained your password, they still couldn't get into your TekaBuzz account without physical access to your phone.

Setting up 2FA on TekaBuzz takes about 60 seconds. Go to Account Settings after logging in, select Security, and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. Enter your Pakistani mobile number and verify it with a code. From that point forward, every login from a new device will require the SMS code. For a platform that holds your PKR balance and payment details, enabling 2FA is one of the smartest things you can do.

Choosing a Strong Password for Your TekaBuzz Account

If you're using a weak password, it's worth updating it now. A strong TekaBuzz password is at least 10 characters long, combines uppercase and lowercase letters, includes at least one number and one special character, and doesn't use your name, date of birth, or any variation of "password" or "123456". Most importantly, it should be unique to TekaBuzz — not the same password you use for your email, bank, or any other account.

You can update your password at any time from Account Settings → Security → Change Password. You'll need to verify your current password and confirm the new one twice. TekaBuzz will also prompt you if your password hasn't been changed in more than 12 months.

Session Management and Auto-Logout

TekaBuzz automatically ends your session after 30 minutes of inactivity — no clicks, no bets, no navigation. This protects you if you step away from your device without logging out manually. On mobile, the session stays active as long as the app or browser tab remains open in the foreground. Closing the browser or app will end your session.

If you're using a shared computer — at a cybercafe, a shared household device, or a friend's phone — always click the Logout button after your session rather than just closing the tab. Logging out fully clears your session tokens from the browser, meaning no one else can access your TekaBuzz account from that device without your login credentials.

What to Do If You Haven't Logged In for a While

TekaBuzz accounts that have had no login activity for 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts remain open and your PKR balance is preserved — but you may need to complete a brief re-verification before making a withdrawal. Your original registration email is always on file with us.

If you've simply forgotten your username, it's the one you chose during TekaBuzz registration. You can also log in using your email address — whichever you remember first. If you're completely locked out and can't remember either, contact TekaBuzz support with the mobile number or email address you registered with and we'll get you back in.

Logging In to TekaBuzz on Mobile

TekaBuzz is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS — no separate app download is necessary, though a progressive web app version can be saved to your home screen for faster access. The login form on mobile is identical to the desktop version and works on all major mobile browsers including Chrome, Firefox Mobile, and Safari.

For the fastest mobile experience, save TekaBuzz to your home screen: on Android, use Chrome's "Add to Home Screen" option in the browser menu. On iPhone, use Safari and select "Add to Home Screen" from the share menu. This gives you a TekaBuzz icon on your home screen that opens directly to the login page — no typing in the URL every time.
